heavy, please give it time to load.
OK, we have our butterfly all
merged, now we are going to put a border around it. First, we
are going to change our Background color to white.

Then we go to Image, then Add
Borders

That will bring up this box, and
these are the settings I used:

This will put a 5 pixel white
border all the way around the butterfly image. Then we take
the Magic Wand, with these settings:

Left click inside the white border
with the magic wand, this will bring up the marching ants.

Once we have the marching ants, we
are going to flood fill inside the marching ants with our multicolor
pattern.

Leave the ants marching, and go to
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel.

And here are the settings I used:

Now, go to Selections, Select None.

Save your image as a .jpg, or a
.gif, and you are finished. Now wasn't that easy? You
can use these same steps for any mask you want to use. If you
have any questions, please
contact me.
Here is a mask frame that I put
around this lady, using the same steps listed here. Except I
did apply Blade Pro to the Frame.

And here is a little picture that I
was just playing around with, using this same procedure.
