Adding Mail Rules in Outlook Express

On the left hand side of your
Outlook, you will see a list of your Outlook folders. Right click on
Index, this will bring up a selection box. Double click on New
Folder.

A box will come up where you
name your new folder, click ok.

Walla, your new folder
appears under the Index name.

Now, go to Tools, Message
Rule, Mail

That brings up a new window, click on New.

That will bring up this new
box:

Under #1, Click on Where the
Subject line contains specific words.
Under #2, Click on Move it to the specified folder.
Then under #3, click on the blue "contains specific words" which
brings up this box:

Type in ATH, click on Add, this box will appear:

Now this box reappears, except Now under #3 it
says contains 'ATH'. So then
click on the blue "specified folder"

Then a list of your folders show up, with your new
folder highlighted.
Just click on OK

Then your big box comes up again.

Under #4, Type in the name of your new mail rule.
Then click on OK. And your Message Rules appear.

Just click on Apply Now, and OK
That's IT. Your new mail Rule is in effect, and any messages that
come in with ATH in the subject line will go into that folder.
That's it. Wasn't too hard, I
hope. If you have any questions, Don't hesitate to contact me
