Using Irfanview

This is a free program, and can be obtained here.

Open the Irfanview program, click on File, then Thumbnails

Now find your folder where your tags are stored, and click on the folder.  Your tags will appear in the right hand frame.

Now go to Options, Set Thumbnail Options.  These are the options I have selected.

Click OK, then go to Options, Select All

All of your tags should be highlighted.  Now go to File, save selected thumbs as HTML File

This image will come up.  First of all, name your html page, then click Browse to select the folder you want your page, and your tags to go into.  Then under "Page Title", type in what you want written at the top of the page, any instructions as to how to save the tags, etc.  Then under Columns, type in how many thumbnails you want across your page.

Now click Export, and your html page, your tags, and the thumbnails for the tags will all be created into the File that you selected.
