Now, go to File, Open, and this screen will open.

I saved mine in my Tubes Birthday folder, so I just need
to look for the file name of chili_BirthdayCakeSm.psp, click
on it, and the same name will appear in the File Name Box. Then just
click on Open, and it will appear on your PSP Work Top.
Now, right click on the name of the picture of your tube,

and you get this screen:

Click on Copy, then move your cursor over to your white image
and click on Paste:

As new selection.

Try to center your tube in the middle of the button, because we are
going to put text above and below it.

You will notice that you have the "marching ants" around your tube, as long as you have those around it, your tube is "selected", and you can move it around, or put a drop shadow around it, which is what we are going to do right now.
Go up to Effects, 3DEffect, and then Drop Shadow:

Then this screen will appear, then just set your settings as they appear below, then click OK.

Now we want to go to Selections, Select None, and "the marching ants" will disappear.
