Adding Sparkles Continued

Please give this page time to load, I like to use lots of screenshots.

4. Go to your layer palette again, and duplicate your layer two times.

5. X out the "eyes" of your duplicated layers, by left clicking on them, and make sure Layer 1 is highlighted:

6. Click on your "Picture Tube Tool"

7. Go to your Tool Options Pallette and click on the little black down arrow to open up your Tube File, find your sparkle tube that you want to use, click on it, so that it shows up in the Preview, and set your Scale. I usually use between 10 and 25 for the sparkles. Your Step doesn't matter, because we won't be using that right now.
