Downloading
Today we are going to learn how to download something from a
web page. First of all, we are going to need someplace to store our
downloads until we need them. So, I made a folder in "My Documents" called
Downloads. Everything that I download goes into this folder. I have
Windows XP on my computer, so if your files look different from mine, that is
OK, they all work the same.
When I find something that I want to download, I just click on
the link, which usually looks like this:

Sometimes it is just the word here,
which is underlined and linked to whatever you want to download. For this
tut, I am using the big-fonts.zip, which I got from
Designs by Joy.
OK, so I have made my Downloads folder, and I have found my
link, and I have clicked on it. Next there pops up this message:

When I click on the Save button, this box pops up asking me
Where I want to save it.

I search my files until I find my downloads folder and click
on it. When it comes up, the big-fonts.zip name is already in the
box. I can change that name if I want, but just remember what name it is
changed to. Then click on Save.
When I get ready to use
the file, I know it is in my Downloads Folder, so I go there to retreive it.
 Click on the Downloads
folder and it will open showing everything that is in that folder.
I click on it, and since
it is a zipped file, I will need to UnZip it.
